Whereas HRIS is a platform created and developed by the Information Technology (IT) Division of PT CKL Indonesia Raya which is used by employees or officially affiliated parties for attendance and related to employees of PT CKL Indonesia Raya.
The HRIS platform makes it easy for users to make absences, apply for leave, overtime and make reports related to employee attendance.
The HRIS platform can be accessed at https://hris.cklcargo.com.
The user information data that we collect is used for attendance, reporting, and managing attendance that occurs in the HRIS application. The data that we use for presence purposes is the user name, latitude, and longitude geolocation obtained from the user device.
That the HRIS Application has implemented sufficient administrative and technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your data and email address, we use AWS cloud servers that have been properly encrypted and guaranteed security.
1. Whereas User account access is confidential, Users are prohibited from sharing HRIS access with other parties without a written order from PT CKL Indonesia Raya.
2. That Users are prohibited from sharing HRIS platform screenshots with other parties without a written order from PT CKL Indonesia Raya.
3. That Users are prohibited from using the HRIS platform other than the designation that has been determined by PT CKL Indonesia Raya.
4. That Users are prohibited from making changes to program code, hacking or hacking, spreading confidential information, intending evil, benefiting themselves, and benefiting others by using the HRIS platform.
Whereas if the User is proven to have made changes to the program code and/or hacked or hacked and/or disseminated confidential information and/or malicious intent and/or benefited himself and/or others by using the HRIS platform, then PT CKL Indonesia Raya has the right to carry out legal prosecution and the User is obliged to make compensation to PT CKL Indonesia Raya.
